Vinyasa Yoga
This Vinyasa card includes lateral stretches, hamstring
openers and hip openers. There is also a way to stretch the
knee and lower leg laterally. This means it rotates outward
in the stretch.
Hanumanasana Leg Vinyasa
This Vinyasa is for more flexible individuals. It shows a
complete leg sequence that stretches the groin, hip,
Quadriceps and all over the hamstrings.
Half Lotus Twists
This is a nice flow that helps you get into a better
meditation position.
Inner Groin
Flow
Simple splits yoga sequence to balance your hamstrings.
Side Balance Splits Flow This Side Balance Splits flow demonstrates lateral stretches and all over leg stretches as well as a shoulder opening posture.
Crescent Moon
Twisted Flow
This is a nice flow that expands from a bent leg spinal
twist to a straight leg spinal twist then unwinds back into
Crescent moon.
Half Moon to Warrior 3
This Half Moon flow has some interesting and closely related yoga poses it flows into.
Camel Flow
This flow is a little hard on the knees so be careful.
Rocking Boat
Flow
Abs then inversions then backbends. This flow really moves from one extreme to the next.
