Back pain exercises that can heal and relieve disc aggravation and siatica.

Siatica is nerves that are being blocked by infalamation or obstruction from disc damage.

The Cobra pose i can push the discs forward and often reduces nerve impingement but do this pose lightly.

A mild feeling of stretching is healing.

If done too intense the discs can inflame and cause greater pain.
