Rocking Boat Flow
The Boat pose is performed by creating a V shape with the body. The legs are extended forward while pushing them mildly together and the upper body is tilted back.
Roll back bending the legs, when the upper back touches the mat wrap the hands behind the legs. Straighten them and bring them into the body.
Rock forward a little and then tilt back into Halasana the Plough pose with the hands stretched out over the top of the head.
Roll down and enter bridge then bring the heels under the Sacrum.
Sit on the heels and carefully tilt further so that the knees come down towards the mat.
Allow the chest to raise up and tilt onto the top of the head. Use the hands for neck support.
