Breathe in take the head back looking up while pushing to your body's boundaries. Breathe out come down a little to cobra. Do this 12 to 16 times. Really feel the flexibility of your own spine and adjust the hands accordingly. You want to be pushing into the boundaries of your own body not what you see in the demonstrated postures. There should be no strain around the heart when you do this. |
